Who this policy covers

GameThunder.net and DYNAMITE ’N’ THUNDER are operated by BIGCOMICART Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy covers the website and game, including the Android app version, player accounts, leaderboards, community features, optional purchases, the merchandise shop, feedback, and referral or creator features.

Information we collect

  • Account and sign-in details: your email address, account identifier, and any profile or display name you choose. Base44 provides the account and authentication services used by the app.
  • Game and community activity: saved progress, game settings, heroes and runs, leaderboard name and scores, and messages or reports you submit through the in-game board or feedback tools. Guest progress is stored on the device you use.
  • Website and game usage: page paths and events such as starting a game, creating an account, reaching a boss, viewing a purchase screen, or completing a purchase. Our first-party event records can include a random browser-tab session identifier, whether you were signed in, the referring website and page path, campaign or referral codes, and short product or hero details.
  • Purchases and orders: items bought, amount and currency, purchase or subscription status, and Stripe checkout, payment, or subscription identifiers. Stripe collects and processes payment details. For physical orders, Stripe collects the checkout email and delivery details; we keep order, item, amount, fulfillment, and tracking information needed to complete and support the order.
  • Email and creator-program details: if you opt in to game updates, we keep your email address and subscription status. If you apply for a creator/referral code, we may collect your contact email, phone number, channel links, and the audience size you report.
  • Technical information: our hosting, authentication, analytics, video, and payment providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, and timestamps when needed to deliver, secure, or troubleshoot their services.

How we use information

  • To run the game and website, create and secure accounts, save progress, show leaderboards and community posts, and respond to feedback or support requests.
  • To process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and order fulfillment; verify entitlements; send receipts and order updates; and prevent fraud or resolve payment disputes.
  • To understand how people find and use the game, measure campaign and referral performance, and improve reliability and gameplay.
  • To send game news if you ask to receive it, operate referral rewards and creator commissions, and comply with legal obligations.

Services that receive information

We share information with service providers when needed to operate the service. We do not sell personal information or share it with third-party advertising networks for targeted advertising.

  • Base44 provides hosting, account authentication, database, backend functions, analytics, and email delivery used by the site and game.
  • Stripe processes digital-game payments, subscriptions, billing-portal requests, merchandise checkout, and creator payouts through Stripe Connect. Stripe receives the payment information you enter. Stripe Connect handles creator identity, bank, and tax verification directly; we receive a connected-account identifier, account status, and payout or commission records, not your full bank or tax documents.
  • Printful receives merchandise order details, including the recipient and shipping address, to make and deliver print-on-demand products. Hardcover artbook orders are paid through Stripe and submitted manually to Mixam for printing and shipment.
  • YouTube may receive browser or device information when you choose to play an embedded video. External sites and services have their own privacy policies.
  • We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably needed to protect users, the service, or our legal rights.

Public game and community content

Leaderboard entries can show your chosen player name, hero, rooms cleared, level, and monsters defeated to other visitors. Messages you post on the in-game bulletin board may also be visible to other players. Choose a display name carefully and do not post sensitive personal information.

Cookies and device storage

The site and game use browser storage, including local storage and session storage, for sign-in, guest progress, preferences, your merchandise cart, referral attribution, and short-lived analytics session information. Our providers may also use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, checkout, security, and video playback. Clearing browser storage may remove guest progress, preferences, or the saved cart and may require you to sign in again.

Retention, access, and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to operate the service, provide support, fulfill orders, meet accounting or legal requirements, and address fraud, refunds, or disputes. Retention periods vary by record type.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information through the Contact Support page. Signed-in players can also use Delete account on the Account page. The account-deletion flow removes the account and associated game saves, leaderboard entries, feedback, and referral code, and attempts to cancel linked game subscriptions.

Some purchase, entitlement, order, shipping, newsletter opt-out, referral commission, payout, refund, and accounting records may remain after account deletion where needed for fulfillment, billing, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. An order may retain its checkout email and delivery details for these purposes. To stop game-update emails, use the unsubscribe link in an update email; newsletter opt-out is separate from deleting a game account.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. Use the Contact Support page and tell us which account or request you mean.

Children

GameThunder and DYNAMITE ’N’ THUNDER are not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 must not create an account or send us personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, use the Contact Support page and we will review the request.

Security and updates

We use service providers and technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy as the game or its services change. We will post the current version here and update the date above.
