Delete your GameThunder account

How to request deletion

Open your GameThunder account, sign in, and go to the Account page. Scroll to Danger zone, choose Delete account, review the confirmation, then choose Delete forever. After you confirm, the account deletion process removes the account-linked data listed below and cancels linked game subscriptions.

If you cannot sign in, use the Contact Support link below and contact us from the email address on the account to request its deletion. To request deletion of some or all data without deleting the account, use Contact Support and tell us which account and data you mean. We will verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

• Your GameThunder account and sign-in record, and account profile information.
• Account-linked game saves, heroes and progress, scores and leaderboard entries.
• Cosmetic ownership, feedback submissions, bulletin-board posts, and referral codes or listings associated with the account.

Data that may be retained

Purchase and subscription records, order and fulfillment details, refunds and dispute records, Platinum and other payment ledgers, and creator commission or payout records may be retained to complete orders or payouts, process refunds, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet accounting, tax, or other legal obligations. We keep these records only as long as needed for those purposes. There is no single fixed period; the retention period depends on the record and the applicable obligation. Stripe may also retain payment records under its own policies.

Deleting an account does not remove guest progress stored only in browser or app storage on your device. Clear the site or app storage on that device to remove guest-only data. Email-update subscriptions are managed separately; use an unsubscribe link or contact us to request removal from the mailing list.
